GEOPOLYX® Collaboration

Geopolymer Technology Transfer & Licensing

Fourteen years of zero-cement know-how, packaged so your operation can run it. GEOPOLYX® transfers proven geopolymer mix designs, production procedures and quality systems to precast manufacturers, construction product makers and aligned investors.

How the transfer works

  1. Conversation and NDA. You share your market, components and capacity; we exchange technical requirements under mutual confidentiality.
  2. Feasibility on your raw materials. Precursor and aggregate assessment near your plant, followed by adapted trial mixes.
  3. Witnessed pilot. Trial production on your equipment with your team, tested against agreed targets.
  4. Structure and license. Territory-wise or product-wise licensing, royalties or collaboration terms shaped to your business.
  5. Commissioning and scale. Team training, QC systems, troubleshooting playbooks and ongoing technical support as production ramps.

What you gain

A zero-cement product capability without spending years in trial-and-error. The mixes have already been through that: manufactured precast ranges weathering Kerala's wet tropics since the mid-2010s, road stretches in Thrissur under live traffic, and marine exposure trials at the Vizhinjam breakwaters alongside tetrapods. What transfers is not a recipe but a working system: materials judgment, procedures and the discipline that keeps quality repeatable.

For investors, GEOPOLYX® offers collaboration routes into geopolymer production ventures where the technology risk has already been absorbed by fourteen years of practice.

Who this is for

Precast manufacturers, construction product companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure developers and investors building low-carbon materials capacity.

Protecting both sides

GEOPOLYX® is a registered trademark; formulations are held as trade secrets and shared under license with clear usage rights, territories and support obligations.

Frequently asked questions

How long until production?

Feasibility and witnessed pilots can typically begin within weeks of raw-material assessment; the path to steady production depends on your components and plant readiness.

What exactly is transferred?

Mix designs adapted to your materials, batching and production procedures, curing protocols, QC systems, troubleshooting playbooks and training, under structured licensing terms.

Can we start with one product line?

Yes. Many partners start with a single component family, prove the economics, then extend the license across their catalogue.
