About GEOPOLYX®

A research-rooted construction-materials practice turning alkali-activated binder chemistry into mixes, components and implementation pathways shaped for real production and site conditions.

What defines us

Material science with a route to construction.

GEOPOLYX® develops optimized geopolymer mixes and alkali-activated binder systems around available precursors, aggregates, activators, curing routes and the performance required from the finished component.

The practice connects laboratory understanding with batching, workability, production repeatability, placement and quality control. Engagements may begin with feasibility or mix development and continue through pilot trials, production support, licensing or technology transfer.

Research in alkali-activated materials began in 2012. Field exposure work has included traffic-bearing applications, outdoor weathering and coastal saline placement conditions. These studies inform material decisions; they are not presented as a commercial durability-testing service.

Inputs first

Binder systems are developed around the actual precursor, aggregate and production environment rather than copied formulations.

Performance in context

Workability, setting, curing, strength development, exposure and production control are considered together.

Transfer into practice

Recommendations are framed for trials, pilot production, handover and repeatable implementation.
