Mixes for the components you actually build
- Prefab production mixes: paver blocks, interlocking and tactile pavers, hollow and solid wall blocks, kerbs, cover blocks, grass pavers, slabs and tiles.
- In-situ mixes: site-placeable, ambient-curing formulations for suitable day-to-day construction applications.
- Tailored structural components: project-specific mixes developed against defined loads, exposure classes and dimensional needs.
- Repair materials: patching, overlay and rehabilitation mixes where chemistry and bond matter more than habit.
- Optimization of existing mixes: cost, strength, workability and consistency improvement for teams already experimenting with alkali activation.

How the optimization works
Every engagement starts with your inputs: precursor samples, aggregate gradation, water quality, ambient conditions and the components you need to produce. From there GEOPOLYX® develops trial matrices, witnesses testing, adjusts activator dosing and curing, and iterates until the mix hits its targets repeatably on your equipment, not just once in a lab.
The practice behind this is fourteen years deep: precast ranges manufactured and weathered in Kerala's wet tropics, road stretches in Thrissur carrying live traffic, and marine exposure trials at the Vizhinjam breakwaters. Optimization is judgment plus iteration, and the judgment comes from that field record.
Mix design documentation, batching sheets, curing protocol, QC checkpoints, trial and pilot supervision, production handover support.
Single-component mix development, plant-wide mix portfolios, optimization retainers, or mix design under a technology-transfer agreement.
Frequently asked questions
What is geopolymer concrete mix design?
The engineering of a zero-cement concrete: proportioning fly ash or GGBS, alkaline activators, aggregates and water so the mix meets workability, setting, strength and durability targets for a specific application and curing condition.
Can geopolymer be cast in-situ, not just precast?
Yes, with the right binder strategy and curing route. GEOPOLYX® develops both factory prefab mixes and in-situ mixes designed for site placement and ambient curing.
Will it work with our local fly ash or GGBS?
That is the point of the service. Mixes are designed around the materials you can reliably source, verified through trials on your inputs before any scale-up.
